2. We provide you with the full download package, includes documentation from the author, please read it before installing properly. Please remember that if you want technical support for these products, you can purchase it separately from the original developers.

Don’t arbitrarily open a dispute because that will cause your hottheme account to be locked. We are happy to assist you or exchange you for another similar product that you like. If Themes/Plugins are unusable and we can’t fix it, we’ll make a full refund.

All products 100% original and free from malicious code/viruses.
8. hottheme.net reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any user account without notice, in its sole and absolute discretion. No refunds will be provided to customers who have their accounts terminated. Example : Abuse to perform inappropriate actions, downloading too many times for an item at the same time, shared with others, multiple accounts or other security reasons.
